Booking and Cancellation

Booking

To book our Services, you must provide accurate information regarding the nature and volume of the junk to be removed. We will provide an estimated cost based on the information provided. The final cost may vary depending on the actual volume and nature of the items removed.

Cancellation

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without incurring any charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the estimated cost.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing

Our pricing is based on the volume of junk removed, measured in cubic yards, and the type of items. Additional charges may apply for items requiring special handling.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the Services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods as specified on our website. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge all fees incurred to the provided payment method.

Customer Responsibilities

Access

You must provide us with safe and reasonable access to the junk removal area. This includes ensuring that there are no obstacles that could prevent us from performing the Services.

Item Preparation

You are responsible for identifying and separating any items that you do not want to be removed. We are not responsible for the removal of items that were not clearly identified as non-junk.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages arising from or related to our Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
